Ideal Style is Pakistan’s emerging women’s fashion brand, established on June 3, 2025. We create modern clothing that blends traditional Eastern prints with contemporary Western-inspired styling.

Ideal Style was founded by Mohammad Imran Yaseen, an experienced fashion designer and pattern master whose experience contributes to the creative direction of the brand.

Our regular collection is available from XS to XL. We also offer special make-to-order services for girls aged 6 years and above.

We deliver across Pakistan to major cities and towns. International shipping is also available.

We combine Eastern aesthetics with modern Western-inspired styling while focusing on quality, affordability, size inclusivity and custom make-to-order designs.

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available for orders within Pakistan. International orders require advance payment.

We accept Cash on Delivery, bank transfers, JazzCash, EasyPaisa and credit/debit cards through available secure payment gateways.

Orders can only be cancelled before a tracking number is generated. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Yes. We provide special make-to-order and custom design services. Contact us with your requirements before placing the order.

Discount cards and vouchers apply according to their individual terms. They cannot be used on items already on promotion unless specifically stated.

Currently, we do not offer a dedicated gift wrapping service. However, every order is carefully packaged for delivery.

Standard delivery within Pakistan usually takes 3–7 working days after order confirmation. International orders may take approximately 10–20 business days.

For Pakistan, standard shipping is Rs. 200 per order. International shipping charges vary according to destination and package weight. Applicable duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking ID. You can use it on the relevant courier’s tracking system to check delivery updates.

Yes. We offer international shipping. International delivery charges, customs duties and applicable taxes are paid by the customer.

Our delivery partners generally make three delivery attempts. After unsuccessful attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.

Address changes may be possible before the order is dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your address.

Standard shipping is our regular delivery option. For urgent requirements, contact our support team to check whether an alternative arrangement is possible.

If a parcel is reported lost in transit, we work with the courier partner to trace the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.

We have a strict 6-hour return window from delivery confirmation. Return requests must be submitted within 6 hours of delivery.

Eligible returns are limited to manufacturing defects, incorrect products delivered or shipping damage. Returns based only on size or fit preference are not accepted.

No. Eligible refunds are issued as store credit vouchers with a validity period of one month.

The customer is responsible for return courier/shipping charges. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Accessories, sale or clearance items, international orders and items returned because of fit or size preference are non-returnable.

Store credit vouchers are processed after the returned product is received and inspected, usually within 7–10 business days.

We currently accept eligible returns rather than direct exchanges. Store credit may be used toward another purchase.

Products must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached and original packaging where applicable.

Official return requests should be submitted through WhatsApp or the designated email channel. Social media comments and unofficial messages are not considered formal return requests.

We carefully select fabrics based on the design, comfort, appearance and intended use of each garment. We focus on soft, comfortable and quality materials.
