Eligibility for Returns

• An incorrect item/product was delivered.
• The item suffered damage during transit/shipping.

Return claims must be raised promptly within our strict window to qualify for assistance:

• Within 6 Hours: Eligible for store credit voucher processing after inspection.
• After 6 Hours: Requests will not be entertained under any circumstances; sales become final.

We maintain a strict voucher-based refund system to facilitate future shopping:

• Cash refunds are not available.
• Approved refunds are issued as store credit vouchers valid for 1 month.
• Vouchers are generated only after physical receipt and inspection at our warehouse.

AI Imagery Policy

Some product displays utilize advanced AI visual enhancements for clarity and aesthetics. Minor color or texture variations between studio renderings and physical garments may occur and do not qualify for returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Accessories, clearance stock, international orders, and custom-tailored/make-to-order outfits are classified as Final Sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
